Rose quartz is a gentle yet powerful crystal that is pinkish in color and is often referred to as the “heart stone.” It’s widely known for its aid in guiding us towards love, compassion and openness.

Rose quartz is a heart chakra crystal and as such, can help open and balance the heart chakra, which is the center of our feelings and emotions. The heart chakra is also the chakra that ties the physical (our lower chakras) to the spiritual (our higher chakras). Rose quartz is a very powerful yet gentle crystal as it delicately works at guiding us to opening our hearts so we ourselves can be grounded in combining the physical with the spiritual.
Rose quartz can also promote self-love, forgiveness, and peacefulness is also a wonderful meditation aid as we work at opening our hearts in our practice.
Physically, rose quartz has physical healing properties that can aid in the treatment of conditions such as high blood pressure, respiratory issues, and skin problems.

All in all, rose quartz is a very high vibrational and powerful crystal to add to anyone's practice. One of the things I most love to do with rose quartz is with intention, place it in water so that I'm drinking in love and peace.
