Rose quartz is a gentle yet powerful crystal that is pinkish in color and is often referred to as the “heart stone.” It’s widely known for its aid in guiding us towards love, compassion and openness.

Rose quartz is a heart chakra crystal and as such, can help open and balance the heart chakra, which is the center of our feelings and emotions.
