Gold Sheen Obsidian is a type of obsidian that has a gold sheen or luster to it. Like other types of obsidian, it is formed from volcanic glass and has powerful grounding and protective properties. This is a seemingly rare crystal, primarily found in Mexico. Silver sheen obsidian and gold sheen obsidian have a higher vibration than other types of obsidian- fun!

Gold Sheen Obsidian is a great tool to help us with self worth and self confidence, while also grounding us so we can remain firmly planted in the here and now. Since it is a solar plexus crystal (mainly), it is known to aid in digestion and to help alleviate stomach issues - issues that in the end are keeping us from our seat of power. It will also aid in the detoxification process.

Gold sheen obsidian is also known to encourage inner strength and resilience, and to help us release negative emotions and thought patterns. Gold Sheen Obsidian can be used in meditation or placed on the body to promote inner connection. It is also often used in crystal grids or layouts for protection and grounding.
